PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

 This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site. Your use of the Services following any such notice will signify and constitute your agreement to and acceptance of such revised Privacy Policy.

 Our Site is hosted by Squarespace. Personal Information (as defined below) hosted by or through Squarespace is subject to their privacy policy which may or may not contain terms as protective as this Privacy Policy.  For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name and e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data.

Information We Collect on Behalf of Third Parties.

Cookies And Tracking Technologies: Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by our partners, affiliates, analytics or service providers. These technologies may be used in analyzing trends, administering the Sites, tracking your movements around the Sites and to gather demographic information about our userbase as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by such companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

  1. Information We Collect on Our Own Behalf.

    (a) Our Service: We may collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your full name, phone number, email address, or similar, when you register for an account. If you choose to purchase a product from us, we or our third-party payment processors will collect your payment information. When you use Moontime Medicinals website, we may receive certain information about you as described below. We do not send any promotional emails; however, we may send you service related emails related to your account. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may opt out of them by canceling your account.

    (b) Cookies And Tracking Technologies: Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Moontime Medicinals. These technologies may be used in analyzing trends, administering the Sites, tracking your movements around the Sites and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. This website uses Moontime Medicinals, an analytics tool by Moontime Medicinals, to track user activity, page content, click/touch, movement, scroll, and keystroke activity (in some cases). We process and keep all data for our own website within Europe and, if you wish to opt-out from tracking by Moontime Medicinals, you can do so at moontimemedicinals.com/opt-out. You can also learn more about the Moontime Medicinals Cookie Policy We also use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords (Conversion Tracking), LinkedIn (Conversion Tracking), Share-a-Sale (Conversion Tracking), Yahoo (Conversion Tracking), and Quora (Conversion Tracking). Some or all of these tools may be used to track information about your behavior on our website depending on your region.     Information We Collect on Behalf of Our Customers.

    (a) Our Service. We collect data on behalf of our customers who use the Moontime Medicinals website (by embedding our code on their websites) on the behavior of visitors of our customers' websites or mobile applications. When you visit such websites or mobile applications, we may receive certain information about your behavior including search activity, page content, click/touch, movement, scroll, and keystroke activity (in some cases). If you are located in Europe, your IP address, keystroke activity, and personal information are never stored or shared with any third-parties.

    (b) Information Related To Data Collected For Our Customers: Moontime Medicinals collects information under the direction of its customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose data it may process. If you are a client of one of our current customers and would no longer like to be tracked by such customer, please contact the respective customer directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our customers.

    (c) Access And Retention Of Data Controlled By Our Customers: An individual who is a current or former Moontime Medicinals customer who seeks access or wishes to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to nate@moontimemedicinals.com. An individual who is a client of a current or former Moontime Medicinals customer who seeks access or wishes to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to to the respective customer first and then, if no response is obtained or such response is not satisfactory, should contact nate@moontimemedicinals.com. If we receive a request under this provision, we will acknowledge it within seventy-two (72) business hours and handle it promptly.

    We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our customers for as long as needed to provide our services. Moontime Medicinals will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

  2. How We Use Your Information.

    (a) We use the information that we collect to operate and maintain our Sites and to respond to your questions and concerns. The legal basis is section 6(1) of the Danish Data Protection Act and art. 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    (b) If you have given your consent, we use the information that we collect to send you marketing communications in our newsletter. The legal basis is section 6(1)(a) of GDPR.

    (c) We also use the information that we collect to help our customers improve their website(s).

  3. How We Share Your Information.

    (a) Personally Identifiable Information: Moontime Medicinals will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Moontime Medicinals (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Any personally identifiable information you elect to make publicly available on our Sites, such as posting comments on our blog page, will be available to others. If you remove information that you have made public on our Sites or the Moontime Medicinals, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of our Sites, or if other users have copied or saved that information. Our blog is managed by a third party application that may require you to register to post a comment. We do not have access or control of the information posted to the blog. You will need to contact or login into the third party application if you want the personal information that was posted to the comments section removed.     (b) Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain Moontime Medicinals products and those of our partners. Our partners also have the option to publish the results for their websites on the Moontime Medicinals Products. Such results consist solely of non-personally identifiable information. If you choose to publish such results on the  Site (for example, in our results gallery), you understand and agree that this information, along with any personally identifiable information you choose to make available in connection with such results, will be made publicly available. By publishing your results on the Moontime Medicinals Site, you agree that you have obtained all necessary consents to make such information public and that doing so will not violate any laws. If you remove information that you have made public on the Moontime Medicinals Site, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Moontime Medicinals Site, or if other users have copied or saved that information. Non-personally identifiable information may be stored indefinitely.

    (c) Instances Where We Are Required To Share Your Information: Moontime Medicinals will disclose your information where required to do so by law, if subject to subpoena or other legal proceeding or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) to enforce our Terms of Service or to protect the security or integrity of our Service; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Moontime Medicinals, our users or others.

    (d) What Happens In The Event Of A Change Of Control: We may buy or sell/divest/transfer the company (including any shares in the company), or any combination of its products, services, assets and/or businesses. Your information such as customer names and email addresses, and other User information related to the Moontime Medicinals may be among the items sold or otherwise transferred in these types of transactions. We may also sell, assign or otherwise transfer such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, dissolutions, reorganizations, liquidations, similar transactions or proceedings involving all or a portion of the company. Your information collected through the Moontime Medicinals Site may be stored and processed in the United States, Europe, or any other country in which Moontime Medicinals or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. Moontime Medicinals may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information, to affiliated entities, or to other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are located in the European Union or European Econonmic Area, please note that we will not transfer information, including personal data, to a country outside of the European Union or European Economic Area.

  5. How We Protect Your Information. Moontime Medicinals is concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Moontime Medicinals or guarantee that your information on the Moontime Medicinals Site may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our industry standard physical, technical or managerial safeguards. When you enter sensitive information (such as log in credentials) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

  6. Privacy Shield. Moontime Medicinals self-certifies compliance with EU-US Privacy Shield at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Moontime Medicinals complies with the EU GDPR framework as set forth by the European Union regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from European Union member countries. Moontime Medicinals has certified that it adheres to the requirements of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access and enforcement.

  8. Compromise of Personal Information. In the event that personal information is compromised as a breach of security, Moontime Medicinals will promptly notify our customers in compliance with applicable law.

For current Moontime Medicinals customers, you can review, correct, update or delete inaccuracies to the information about you that Moontime Medicinals keeps on file by logging into your account to update your password and billing information. Alternately (for data subjects tracked by Moontime Medicinals and former Moontime Medicinals customers), you can contact us directly at nate@moontimemedicinals.com. We will acknowledge your request within seventy-two (72) hours and handle it promptly. If you wish to opt-out of being tracked by Moontime Medicinals' analytics software, you can do so at https://MoontimeMedicinals.com/opt-out/. Data protection law gives you a range of rights in connection with our processing of your personal data. In this regard, you have the right to request that we rectify or delete the personal data or restrict the processing of your personal data, if you think they are inaccurate. Furthermore, you have the right to object against the processing based on our legitimate interests as a legal basis. We are required to assess and act on your request. Additionally, you also have the right to data portability if it should become relevant. You have a right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

 Personal Information We Collect

 When you interact with us, we collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide. For example, when you sign up for our newsletter or other e-mail lists or otherwise use certain aspects of our Services, we may ask you to provide information such as your name and e-mail address. In addition to collecting information on our Site, we may collect information from you when you communicate with us via e-mail. When accessing our Site, Squarespace may log your IP address, access URL, time of access, geographic location, browser type, and referral URL in order to provide us with internal information regarding Site traffic statistics. This information may also be used to identify users who are using our Site for spam or other activity that is deemed in conflict with our Terms of Service. Otherwise, this information is used in the aggregate, and is never linked back to any Personal Information.

This information is collected anonymously, in a manner that does not personally identify you.

 Squarespace uses analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our Site. These tools collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including the web pages you visit, your browser add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving our Site. We may collect and use this analytics information together with your Personal Information and stitch together session data from user visits to build a broader profile of our individual users so that we can serve you better.

 Third-Party Products and Our Site

 Our Site contain links to, and/or content from, third-party websites and online services. The fact that we link to a website or display an advertisement or other third-party content or product is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with any of those third parties, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our Site and your interactions with those third-party services are governed by the privacy policy of the third party providing it. We do not exercise control over third-party websites, products or services. Other websites, products and services may place their own cookies or other files on your computer and/or collect data or solicit Personal Information from you.  Squarespace and Moontime Medicinals process Personal Information in the United States of America. You should be aware that the United States and other countries have not harmonized their privacy regulations. Because Moontime Medicinals and Squarespace are located in the United States, we have written our Privacy Policy to satisfy United States regulations. By using our Services or providing us with Your Information, you explicitly (i) acknowledge and agree that Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and used by, entities located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction, and (ii) consent to the collection, transfer, storage and processing of your Information to and in the United States and the use and disclosure of Your Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

If you request us to delete your Personal Information, we will delete such Personal Information within seven (7) business days.  Do Not Track

 Squarespace currently does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

 Security

 Please be advised that while we strive to protect your Personal Information and privacy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and we are not responsible for the theft, destruction or inadvertent disclosure of your Personal Information.

 Compromise of Personal Information

 In the event that Personal Information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Moontime Medicinals will promptly notify those persons whose Personal Information has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise required by applicable law. In the event that we or our Site suffers a data security breach that requires us to provide you with notice, such as under applicable law, you consent to allow us to provide you with such notice by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us.

 Notification Procedures

 It is our policy to provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for other business related purposes, to you via e-mail notice, written or hard copy notice, or through conspicuous posting of such notice on our Site, as determined by Moontime Medicinals in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you, provided that you may opt out of certain means of notification as described in this Privacy Policy.

 Our Policy Toward Children

 We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 via our Services, and we do not target our Services to children under 13. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our databases.
