Overcoming the hurdles of entering the legal market

Moontime Medicinals did not operate in 2022 due to a economic downturn in our community and the challenges of having the financial resources to complete county and state permitting requirements to become fully licensed.

We have been successful in receiving some grants from the Humboldt County Trellis Program, which has enabled us to take the steps to complete compliance measures. We are working hard on jumping through all the hoops that are part of the State of California establishing legal cannabis so you can buy Moontime flower, concentrates and seeds near you.

We've got plans to start up again in 2023, and we are excited to be able to offer the fruits of our labor soon!
